Modern, essential design, robust and reliable.
Design interprets function by creating new expectations that are revealed in terms of performance, durability and reliability. The quality of the project is the expression of our tradition. Not only in design but in the obsessive attention to materials, in the careful workmanship, in the careful choice of elements that come together in a MIX of appeal and efficiency.

Pulse 1S PRO – Rollover car washes
PULSE 1S PRO has been designed and built with the aim of reducing accidental downtime outside of scheduled maintenance. A complex structure with high rigidity, obtained with a sophisticated design, it is composed of different welded elements making it possible to limit the torsional and welding stresses that are triggered after the hot-dip galvanising process in the tank at temperatures of 450° C.
Hot-dip galvanising is the anti-corrosion protection par excellence. Today it is not enough to evaluate the cost of a product at the time of its construction. It is necessary to evaluate the cost related to its life cycle (LCA), to obtain maximum performance and the best value for money.
High-pressure dislodging prewash with rotating nozzles
The machine has four high impact nozzles, whose rotation is generated by the flow of the washing liquid. A pneumatic system alternately positions the rotating nozzles at different angles. The movement from top downwards makes it possible to wash the horizontal and vertical parts of cars.
Integrated high pressure in the wheel washer
Washing device composed of three nozzles inserted inside the brush, one of which is angled to wash the inside of the wheel arches of cars. Very effective during the wheel-washing programme, it washes inside and around areas that are difficult to reach or where the brush action is inhibited. During the entire travel of the arch, they continue to rotate also washing the lower part of the cars.
Brush wheel wash
The height from the ground is adjustable: as it approaches the wheels the brush is lowered towards the floor, to adapt to small-diameter rims. The holder of the wheel washer slides in the opening and closing phases by means of a pneumatic cylinder. During the wash cycle the disk brush reverses the direction of rotation. The brushes are made of a special very resistant polyethylene fibre for an effective, precise and careful wash.
Rotating high-pressure wheel wash
Composed of two spherical heads with a targeted jet, rotated by means of reduction gearing. Each head has four nozzles able to direct the jet in four different directions depending on the application, for better cleaning power. A device with variable angle makes it possible to direct the jets onto the wheels and side of the vehicles.
Wheel rim chemical cleaner
Consisting of a pair of adjustable stainless steel nozzles, mounted on both sides of the gantry in a low position. During the washing process, due to the highly corrosive nature of the product dispensed, the nozzles are activated only at the wheels. The device is powered by a special feeder pump.
Polishing foam cycle
Device composed of a series of nozzles on the sides of the arch, able to deliver a special wax polish concentrate, covering the car with a layer of foam. During this operation, the water supply ramps are deactivated. The brushes are activated for a polishing process that protects the paintwork of the vehicle. The device is powered by a special feeder pump.
