The ITALICO digital system manages in a smart way the interaction between the system and the vehicle. An applied automation that guarantees operational efficiency by improving performance at all levels.
The new dynamic LED arch design on the exit side defines the new proportions of the enveloping and protective splash guards, increasing their safety criteria.

CHEMICAL UNIT, HIGH PRESSURE AND HORIZONTAL DRYING CONTOUR – THREE POSITIONS
The chemical product and the horizontal high pressure with rotating nozzles are integrated into the drying blade; through an innovative pneumatic system, the unit tilts up to a maximum of 45° in three different positions, to reach all parts of the car in the different phases, efficiently.

SIDE HIGH PRESSURE WITH ROTATING NOZZLES
Equipped with 6 high-impact rotating nozzles per side, it covers the entire vehicle side profile for maximum reach.

CHEMICAL UNIT, HIGH PRESSURE AND HORIZONTAL DRYING CONTOUR – 360° ROTATION
The chemical product and the horizontal high pressure with rotating nozzles are integrated into the drying blade; through a motorized system the unit rotates 360° to always carry out the action with the best angle of impact on the vehicle.

GLOBAL MANAGEMENT BRUSHES CYCLE
Innovative operating modes such as the management of contact with the car which remains perfectly constant throughout the cycle and silent rotation inversion thanks to the inverter. The inclination system of the vertical brushes perfects their action. ITALICO is equipped with MIX FOAM anti-scratch brushes, the best you can get in terms of efficiency and respect for the bodywork.

BRIGHT WHEEL GUIDE
The two LED light bars perfectly guide the fitting of the vehicle. The color change alerts you when the same is perfectly positioned to start the washing cycle.

WHEEL WASHER CHEMICAL FOAMING
The high pressure low side rotating head delivers a particularly effective chemical to loosen stubborn dirt from vehicle rims.

ROTATING SIDE HIGH PRESSURE AT VARIABLE SPEED
Equipped with four nozzles to wash the wheels and the lower parts of cars. It lingers on the wheels for a longer time and then accelerates along the side.
